SBMC can work with a non-profit on both short and long-term projects, be they preparing a grant applicaton or drafting a direct-mail appeal letter to developing an annual fundraising campaign to conducting a full-scale development audit.

SBMC works on and off-site with its clients and can be engaged to work extened periods, even filling in for staff members.

Fees are calculated based on the project and the length of the engagement. Typically, the client will pay a per day fee plus related expenses, while other times a project fee can be negotiated
