So many non-profit organizations have issues that need to be addressed if the organization is to prosper and serve its constituents. Yet, the challenges often blend into a sense of confusion about what exactly is needed. The following questions may help you sort it out.
- Would your organization benefit from personalized fundraising assistance?
- Does having a clear plan to realize your organization’s mission concern you?
- Are you sure your organization is competitive in the marketplace of new ideas?
- Is your Board clear about its roles and responsibilities?
- Do you worry whether your organization’s programs are clearly described and understandable to your constituents?
- Does starting a capital campaign scare you to the point of inaction?
- Do you think that other non-profits are better service providers?
- Are you concerned that your fundraising operations are not as efficient and effective as they could be?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then you have come to the right place - it is called Small Business Management Consulting (SBMC). At SBMC NonProfit organizations receive service that is tailored to the size, experience and culture of each particular group.
