SBMC is Affordable and Flexible

Clients work with SBMC in a manner that suits your needs not ours. While clients typically retain SBMC for a period of three to six months, we offer a range of program packages to assist businesses with different needs. The packages include all of the programs below, and for the business owner who wants the most personalized approach, we offer The CEO Academy. 

In all of the programs, we offer our "Happiness Guarantee," which simply states that if you're not 100% satisfied after two sessions or one month (depending on what work we do together) we'll refund your money, no questions asked.

Writing a Business Plan 

SBMC can help you craft a complete business plan to help you secure capital through commercial loans or private investors. Our business plans include a separate marketing plan and complete financials.  The price is based on the scope of the project.

Copywriting

Whether you need to upgrade or create new content, SBMC will work with you to write or re-write copy for your marketing and sales collateral, including: brochures, flyers, or presentations. We can also work with you and your web designer to create compelling and searchable content for your web site. The price is based on an hourly rate.

Market Research

SBMC can perform targeted market research when you’re considering reaching out to a new target group or preparing a market survey. As a result, we will help you identify and communicate new groups of clients for your business.  Pricing is by an hourly rate.

Presentation Training

Pitching your business in front of a prospective client or presenting what your business can do to a group of prospective clients can be very daunting. We offer one-on-one coaching on public speaking, combined with an analysis of your current presentation materials. Pricing is by an hourly rate..

Financial Statement Review

If you’re not sure what your financial statements reveal about your business or if you’d simply like to better control and understand the performance of your business, we can create a workable cash flow statement that provides insight and direction on how to improve the profitability of your business.  Pricing is by an hourly rate.

Business Coaching Express

We will conduct weekly or bi-weekly 60-minute phone sessions in which you will receive practical feedback on your performance as a manager and leader of your organization. Business Coaching clients receive immediate insight into business issues or challenges. As a result you will be more prepared and motivated to effectively lead your organization.  Pricing is by an hourly rate.

Business Coaching Plus

With Business Coaching Plus, you will meet with
Alan Siege for four, two-hour sessions over a 4-5 week period. This coaching program is designed for business owners who want to delve into a particular issue that is affecting their business. With Business Coaching Plus, you will receive targeted reports and articles, as well increased access to Alan Siege. As a result, you will receive comprehensive support and a short-term plan to move your business forward. Pricing is based on a monthly retainer.

SBMC’s CEO Academy

Sometimes, to really tell your business story, you need to take a step back and insure that your business uses the best practices available. What if you could get a personalized MBA program delivered to your office. Imagine that each class was designed for your business’s needs so that every lesson helped you address an immediate business challenge.

This is not a pipe-dream. It can happen.

SBMC’s “CEO Academy” is built on the idea that successful CEO’s want to find solutions and have them delivered in an “easy-open” package. In the Academy Alan Siege will be your private instructor on topics of immense importance to your business. The “CEO Academy” is high-value transfer of knowledge in 10 key areas on a one-to-one basis delivered directly to your business in two, 2-hour sessions per month.

Each of the ten areas are packaged in two, 2-hour sessions per month that are taught in your place of business or, if you prefer, at the office of SBMC. Worksheets and industry-tailored articles are included with each business area.

The Academy's curriculum is custom-crafted so you get the particular business area you need to work on delivered when you want it. In the Academy, you'll be following a specific sequence of topics, designed to change the course of events in your business, so you’ll tell your Business tory in a more effective way.

As your personal business instructor, Alan Siege will work directly with you in each area and give you the crucial feedback and tools you'll need to stop the losses, protect your assets and position your business for long-term success. As a participant in the Academy, each month you will receive:
